6 : 115

وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقًا وَعَدْلاً لاَّ مُبَدِّلِ لِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

Tafseer

{ وتمت كَلِمَاتُ ربَك } بالأحكام والمواعيد { صدقا وعدلا } تمييز { لا مبدِّل لكلماته } بنقص أو خلف { وهو السميع } لما يقال { العليم } بما يفعل .

And are the words of Lord provisions and deadlines truer and fairer distinction is no changing his words to the lack of or behind a Hearing what is said Knowing what he is doing.
