Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MULK [14]

أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ

Does He who created not know, while He is the Subtle, the Acquainted?
