Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AR RA'D [9]

عَالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ الْكَبِيرُ الْمُتَعَالِ

[He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Grand, the Exalted.
