بِأَيْدِي سَفَرَةٍ

[Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels,

Tafseer

{ بأيدي سفرة } كتبة ينسخونها من اللوح المحفوظ.

{In the hands of scribes} scribes who copy it from the Preserved Tablet.
