مِن نُّطْفَةٍ خَلَقَهُ فَقَدَّرَهُ

From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him;

Tafseer

{ من نطفة خلقه فقدره } علقة ثم مضغة إلى آخر خلقه.

{From a sperm-drop He created him and proportioned him} as a clot, then a lump of flesh, until the end of his creation.
