فَأَنتَ لَهُ تَصَدَّى

To him you give attention.

Tafseer

{ فأنت له تصدى } وفي قراءة بتشديد الصاد بإدغام التاء الثانية في الأصل فيها: تقبل وتتعرض.

{So you turn to him}. And in the reading with emphasis on the sad and the assimilation of the second taa in the original, it says: accept and expose.
