وَأَمَّا مَن جَاءكَ يَسْعَى

But as for he who came to you striving [for knowledge]

Tafseer

{ وأما من جاءك يسعى } حال من فاعل جاء.

{And as for he who comes to you striving} is a state of the subject of came.
