وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُبِينِ

By the clear Book,

Tafseer

{ والكتاب } القرآن { المبين } المظهر الحلال من الحرام .

{And the Book} the Qur’an {that makes clear} the one that distinguishes what is permissible from what is forbidden.
