93 : 10

وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ

And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].

Tafseer

{ وأما السائل فلا تنهر } تزجره لفقره.

{And do not repel the beggar} rebuke him because of his poverty.
