51 : 4

فَالْمُقَسِّمَاتِ أَمْرًا

And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter,

Tafseer

{ فالمقسمات أمرا } الملائكة تقسم الأرزاق والأمطار وغيرها بين البلاد والعباد .

{And the angels divide the affairs} The angels divide the provisions, rain, and other things among the countries and the people.
