87 : 3

وَالَّذِي قَدَّرَ فَهَدَى

And Who destined and [then] guided

Tafseer

{ والذي قدَّر } ما شاء { فهدى } إلى ما قدره من خير وشر.

{And He Who has decreed} what He willed {and guided} to what He has decreed of good and evil.
