اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الْأَكْرَمُ

Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -

{ اقرأ } تأكيد للأول { وربك الأكرم } الذي لا يوازيه كريم، حال من الضمير اقرأ.

{Read} confirms the first {And your Lord is the Most Generous} who has no equal. Generous, a state of the pronoun read.
