وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ

Tafseer

{ وهو القاهر } القادر الذي لا يعجزه شيء مستعليا { فوق عباده وهو الحكيم } في خلقه { الخبير } ببواطنهم كظواهرهم .
