6 : 39

وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا صُمٌّ وَبُكْمٌ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ مَن يَشَإِ اللّهُ يُضْلِلْهُ وَمَن يَشَأْ يَجْعَلْهُ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

Tafseer

But those who deny Our verses are deaf and dumb within darknesses. Whomever Allah wills - He leaves astray; and whomever He wills - He puts him on a straight path.

Tafseer

{ والذين كذبوا بآياتنا } القرآن { صم } عن سماعه سماع قبول { وبكم } عن النطق بالحق { في الظلمات } الكفر { من يشأ الله } إضلاله { يضلله ومن يشأ } هدايته { يجعله على صراط } طريق { مستقيم } دين الإسلام .

And those who deny Our revelations Quran for the deaf to hear, and hear the acceptance you for the right pronunciation in the darkness of disbelief want from God Adilalh misled and want it His guidance on the path straight by the religion of Islam.
