21 : 2

مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مَّن رَّبِّهِم مُّحْدَثٍ إِلَّا اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ

No mention comes to them anew from their Lord except that they listen to it while they are at play

Tafseer

{ ما يأتيهم من ذكر من ربهم محدث } شيئاً فشيئاً أي لفظ قرآن { إلا استمعوه وهم يلعبون } يستهزئون .

{There comes to them no reminder from their Lord renewed} little by little, that is, no word of the Qur’an {except that they listen to it while they play} mocking.
