{ تلك القرى } التي مرَّ ذكرها { نقصُّ عليك } يا محمد { من أنبائها } أخبار أهلها { ولقد جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات } المعجزات الظاهرات { فما كانوا ليؤمنوا } عند مجيئهم { بما كذبوا } كفروا به { من قبل } قبل مجيئهم بل استمروا على الكفر { كذلك } الطبع { يطبع الله على قلوب الكافرين } .
