7 : 204

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُواْ لَهُ وَأَنصِتُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

So when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention that you may receive mercy.

Tafseer

{ وإذا قُرئ القرآن فاستمعوا له وأنصتوا } عن الكلام { لعلكم ترحمون } نزلت في ترك الكلام في الخطبة وعبَّر عنها بالقرآن لاشتمالها عليه، وقيل في قراءة القرآن مطلقا .

If they read the Koran is recited and listened to him talk about to Allah I got to leave to speak at the engagement and expressed the Koran because it involves him, and was told to read the Koran at all.
