85 : 13

إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.

Tafseer

{ إنه هو يبدىءُ } الخلق { ويعيد } فلا يعجزه ما يريد.

{It is He who begins} creation {and repeats}, and nothing is beyond His power.
