48 : 7

وَلِلَّهِ جُنُودُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا

And to Allah belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.

Tafseer

{ ولله جنود السماوات والأرض وكان الله عزيزا } في ملكه { حكيما } في صنعه، أي لم يزل متصفا بذلك .

{To God belong the soldiers of the heavens and the earth, and God is Exalted in Might} in His kingdom {and Wise} in His creation, meaning He has always been described as such.
