25 : 6

قُلْ أَنزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed by He who knows [every] secret within the heavens and the earth. Indeed, He is ever Forgiving and Merciful."

Tafseer

{ قل أنزله الذي يعلم السرَّ } الغيب { في السماوات والأرض إنه كان غفورا } للمؤمنين { رحيما } بهم .

{Say, “He has sent it down who knows the secret”} the unseen {in the heavens and the earth. Indeed, He is Forgiving} to the believers {and Merciful} to them.
