هُوَ الْأَوَّلُ وَالْآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing.

Tafseer

{ هو الأول } قبل كل شيء بلا بداية { والآخر } بعد كل شيء بلا نهاية { والظاهر } بالأدلة عليه { والباطن } عن إدراك الحواس { وهو بكل شيء عليم } .

{He is the First} before everything without beginning {and the Last} after everything without end {and the Evident} by the evidence for Him {and the Hidden} beyond the perception of the senses {and He is Knowing of all things}.
