15 : 21

وَإِن مِّن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ عِندَنَا خَزَائِنُهُ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلاَّ بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُومٍ

And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.

Tafseer

{ وإن } ما { من } زائدة { شيء إلا عندنا خزائنه } مفاتيح خزائنه { وما ننزله إلا بقدر معلوم } على حسب المصالح .

If what of trailing only thing we have keys to the vaults vaults Nnzelh and only to the extent known depending on interests.
