15 : 42

إِنَّ عِبَادِي لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانٌ إِلاَّ مَنِ اتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ الْغَاوِينَ

Indeed, My servants - no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators.

Tafseer

وهو { إن عبادي } أي المؤمنين { ليس لك عليهم سلطان } قوة { إلا } لكن { من اتبعك من الغاوين } الكافرين .

He said Ebadi any believers not you force them Sultan only but follow you from the evildoers of the unbelievers .
