15 : 94

فَاصْدَعْ بِمَا تُؤْمَرُ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ

Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists.

Tafseer

{ فاصدع } يا محمد { بما تؤمر } به أي اجهر به وأمضه { وأعرض عن المشركين } هذا قبل الأمر بالجهاد .

Vasda O Muhammad including ordered by any Ajhr by blinking and the idolaters introduce this before the command jihad.
