Pray Time
49 : 2
O you who have believed, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet or be loud to him in speech like the loudness of some of you to others, lest your deeds become worthless while you perceive not.

Tafseer
{O you who have believed, do not raise your voices} when you speak {over the voice of the Prophet} when he speaks {nor be loud to him in speech} when you speak privately {like the loudness of some of you to others} but rather lower than that out of reverence for him {lest your deeds become worthless while you do not perceive} that is, fear of that by raising and speaking loudly mentioned. It was revealed regarding those who lowered their voices in the presence of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, such as Abu Bakr, Umar, and others, may God be pleased with them.
