الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ

Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it.

Tafseer

{ الذي جمع } بالتخفيف والتشديد { مالا وعدده } أحصاه وجعله عدة لحوادث الدهر.

{Who has gathered} with the emphasis and the stress {wealth and counted it} He has counted it and made it a number for the events of time.
