يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا

They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread.

Tafseer

{ يوفون بالنذر } في طاعة الله { ويخافون يوما كان شره مستطيرا } منتشرا.

{They fulfill their vows} in obedience to God {and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread} and widespread.
