84 : 18

وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ

And [by] the moon when it becomes full

Tafseer

{ والقمر إذا اتسق } اجتمع وتم نوره وذلك في الليالي البيض.

{And the moon when it is full} when its light is complete and complete, and that is during the white nights.
