Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar.
Tafseer
{ إنا أعطيناك } يا محمد { الكوثر } هو نهر في الجنة هو حوضه ترد عليه أمته، والكوثر: الخير الكثير من النبوَّة والقرآن والشفاعة ونحوها.
{Indeed, We have given you} O Muhammad {Al-Kawthar} is a river in Paradise, which is his basin to which his nation will come. Al-Kawthar is: abundant goodness from prophethood, the Qur’an, intercession, and the like.
