وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّى

And [by] the day when it appears

Tafseer

{ والنهار إذا تجلى } تكشف وظهر وإذا في الموضوعين لمجرد الظرفية والعامل فيها فعل القسم.

{And the day when it appears} “tashafhu” and “zahar” and “idha” in the two subjects are merely circumstantial and the factor in them is the verb of the oath.
