وَأَمَّا مَن بَخِلَ وَاسْتَغْنَى

But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need

Tafseer

{ وأما من بخل } بحق الله { واستغنى } عن ثوابه.

{But as for he who is stingy} with God’s right {and considers himself free of His reward}.
