وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ

And withhold [simple] assistance.

Tafseer

{ ويمنعون الماعون } كالإبرة والفأس والقدر والقصعة.

{And they prevent the use of utensils} such as needles, axes, pots, and bowls.
