Certainly has Allah heard the speech of the one who argues with you, [O Muhammad], concerning her husband and directs her complaint to Allah . And Allah hears your dialogue; indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.

{God has heard the words of the one who argues with you} her argument with you, O Prophet, {concerning her husband} the one who made the declaration of zihar against her, and he had said to her: You are to me like the back of my mother. She asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, about that, and he answered her that she was forbidden to him, according to what was known among them, that zihar necessitates a permanent separation. She is Khawla bint Tha’labah, and he is Aws bin al-Samit. {And she complains to God} of her loneliness, her poverty, and her young children, if she takes them to him they will be lost, or if she takes them to her they will go hungry. {And God hears your dialogue} your argument. {Indeed, God is All-Hearing, All-Seeing} All-Knowing.
