فَالْمُلْقِيَاتِ ذِكْرًا

And those [angels] who deliver a message

Tafseer

{ فالملقيات ذكرا } أي الملائكة تنزل بالوحي إلى الأنبياء والرسل يلقون الوحي إلى الأمم.

{And those who send down the Reminder} meaning the angels who descend with revelation to the prophets and messengers who deliver revelation to the nations.
