الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُواْ عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ

Who, when they take a measure from people, take in full.

Tafseer

{ الذين إذا اكتالوا على } أي من { الناس يستوفون } الكيل.

{Those who, when they take a measure from people, give full measure.}
