{ كلا } حقا { إن كتاب الفجَّار } أي كتاب أعمال { لفي سجّين } قيل هو كتاب جامع لأعمال الشياطين والكفرة، وقيل هو مكان أسفل الأرض السابعة وهو إبليس وجنوده.
{No} indeed. {The book of the wicked} that is, the book of deeds {is in Sijjin}. It was said that it is a book that includes the deeds of the devils and the unbelievers, and it was said that it is a place below the seventh earth, which is Satan and his soldiers.
