73 : 4

أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا

Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.

Tafseer

{ أو زد عليه } إلى الثلثين وأو للتخيير { ورتل القرآن } تثبت في تلاوته { ترتيلا } .

{Or add to it} to two-thirds, and “or” is for choice. {And recite the Qur’an} be steadfast in its recitation. {Recite the Qur’an with measured recitation.}
