أَن كَانَ ذَا مَالٍ وَبَنِينَ

Because he is a possessor of wealth and children,

Tafseer

{ أن كان ذا مال وبنين } أي لأن وهو متعلق بما دل عليه.

{If he had wealth and children} meaning because and it is related to what it indicates.
