فَإِذَا بَرِقَ الْبَصَرُ

So when vision is dazzled

Tafseer

{ فإذا برق البصر } بكسر الراء وفتحها دهش وتحير لما رأى مما كان يكذبه.

{When the sight is dazzled} with a kasra or fatha on the ra’, he is astonished and bewildered by what he saw, which he had been denying.
