خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ

It will bring down [some] and raise up [others].

Tafseer

{ خافضة رافعة } أي هي مظهرة لخفض أقوام بدخولهم النار ولرفع آخرين بدخولهم الجنة .

{Lowering and Raising} meaning it is a manifestation of the lowering of some people by their entering Hell and the raising of others by their entering Paradise.
