3 : 114

يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَيُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ وَأُوْلَـئِكَ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ

Tafseer

They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and hasten to good deeds. And those are among the righteous.

Tafseer

{ يؤمنون بالله واليوم الآخر ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر ويسارعون في الخيرات وأولئك } الموصوفون بما ذكر الله { من الصالحين } ومنهم من ليسوا كذلك وليسوا من الصالحين .

Believe in Allah and the Last Day, and enjoin good and forbid evil, and hasten in good works and those stated including Mosofon God righteous and some of them are not and are not righteous.
