3 : 189

وَلِلّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاللّهُ عَلَىَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is over all things competent.

Tafseer

{ ولله ملك السماوات والأرض } خزائن المطر والرزق والنبات وغيرها { والله على كل شيء قدير } ومنه تعذيب الكافرين وإنجاء المؤمنين .

To Allah belongs the heavens and the earth and the rain cabinets livelihood and plant and other God over all things and tortured him Anjae unbelievers and believers.
