3 : 74

يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَن يَشَاء وَاللّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ

He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

Tafseer

{ يختص برحمته من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم } .

Specializing mercy of wills, and Allah is great virtue .
