3 : 82

فَمَن تَوَلَّى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

And whoever turned away after that - they were the defiantly disobedient.

Tafseer

{ فمن تولَّى } أعرض { بعد ذلك } الميثاق { فأولئك هم الفاسقون } .

It took introduce Charter then they are the transgressors .
