إِذْ نَادَاهُ رَبُّهُ بِالْوَادِ الْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى

When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa,

{ إذ ناداه ربه بالوادِ المقدس طوىً } اسم الوادي بالتنوين وتركه، فقال:

{When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa} The name of the valley with the tanween or without it, so he said:
