16 : 39

لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ الَّذِي يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ كَاذِبِينَ

[It is] so He will make clear to them [the truth of] that wherein they differ and so those who have disbelieved may know that they were liars.

Tafseer

{ ليبين } متعلق ببعثهم المقدر { لهم الذي يختلفون } مع المؤمنين { فيه } من أمر الدين بتعذيبهم وإثابة المؤمنين { وليعلم الذين كفروا أنهم كانوا كاذبين } في إنكار البعث .

Related to show Bboshm estimated them who disagree with the faithful it of religion is tortured and rewarding the faithful and knows who disbelieve that they were liars in denial of the Baath.
