16 : 44

بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

Tafseer

[We sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.

Tafseer

{ بالبينات } متعلق بمحذوف أي أرسلناهم بالحجج الواضحة { والزُّبُر } الكتب { وأنزلنا إليك الذكر } القرآن { لتبين للناس ما نزل إليهم } فيه من الحلال والحرام { ولعلهم يتفكرون } في ذلك فيعتبرون .

Related based Bmahdhuv sent them any clear arguments and scriptures books and sent down to you the Qur'an male to show people what it came down to them of halal and haram and they might speculate that shall be considered.
