16 : 50

يَخَافُونَ رَبَّهُم مِّن فَوْقِهِمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ

They fear their Lord above them, and they do what they are commanded.

Tafseer

{ يخافون } أي الملائكة حال من ضمير يستكبرون { ربهم من فوقهم } حال من هم أي عالياً عليهم بالقهر { ويفعلون ما يؤمرون } به .

Fear if any angels of conscience scornful of their Lord above them if any of them are highly oppressed them and are doing what they are ordered to do.
