4 : 126

وَللّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُّحِيطًا

And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And ever is Allah , of all things, encompassing.

Tafseer

{ ولله ما في السماوات وما في الأرض } ملكا وخلقا وعبيدا { وكان الله بكل شيء محيطا } علما وقدرة أي لم يزل متصفا بذلك .

God is in the heavens and the earth and created a king and slaves and God was everything note of the ocean and the ability of any still Mtcefa so.
