4 : 148

لاَّ يُحِبُّ اللّهُ الْجَهْرَ بِالسُّوَءِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ إِلاَّ مَن ظُلِمَ وَكَانَ اللّهُ سَمِيعًا عَلِيمًا

Allah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allah Hearing and Knowing.

Tafseer

{ لا يحب الله الجهر بالسوء من القول } من أحد أي يعاقبه عليه { إلا من ظُلم } فلا يؤاخذه بالجهر به بأن يخبر عن ظلم ظالمه ويدعو عليه { وكان الله سميعا } لما يقال { عليما } بما يفعل.

Does not like to speak of God as bad to say of any one punish him only injustice Aaakhzh not speak out loud about him that tells about the injustice of unjust and calls him was Hearer God what is said Knower what he is doing.
